I noted there is a way to programmatically access the SCOOT feeds Better Transport for a better London: How We Won TfL's Data in Motion Hackathon and Data in Motion Hack Week – Event Review – TfL Digital and wanted to know how we could access it via the Unified API or otherwise for a traffic App for London?
