Rapid Charge Connector Data Unavailable for ChargePoint Genie / British Gas

Hi,

We’re currently experiencing issues with the source data we receive for the ChargePoint Genie / British Gas-managed Electric Vehicle charge points.

We’re investigating this with them under reference SVC-5901 and we will update this thread when we know more.

This has now been resolved by GeniePoint and data should now be correct.
