This is depressing. Without going back to the earlier threads, I seem to recall that the process was being done manually because whatever was supposed to be doing it non-manually wasn’t functioning.b Perhaps it is no surprise that a manual workaround has failed to work around, first completely then partially but from the outside it just adds yet another way in which the process messes up.
One of the other troubles with ad hocery is that it can take the pressure off when it comes to dealing with the underlying issues. In other words it kicks the real problem into touch.
As of now, whatever updates were made last week have disappeared into nothingness, unless they were for routes 1 to 12. In particular my “alternative” website, which aims to give access to best part of 70,000 schedules, expired as well as current, has missed them because I was away!
A full update of the files ASAP would be appreciated but more information on what is going wrong would be useful. Who knows, some of us might even be able to help!
The full update seems to have happened today. Given the daytime update, I suspect that we are still in the realm of ad hocery. Thanks for that but I trust that we will eventually get to a predictable, stable and reliable non-manual process.

By 2315 they have all been deleted again. Fortunately I had downloaded them already.
It seems plausible that something similar happened last week without anyone apparently noticing that the files were there some time on Monday… Perhaps the part of the system that deletes or overwrites the WTTs on a Monday at 2300 is still working but there is nothing in the location in which it expects to find replacements.
UPDATE - All back by noon on Tuesday and looks OK to me.
FURTHER UPDATE - Deleted again by 2300 on Tuesday.
I despair.

Here we go again.
No working timetables update yesterday.
I am only familiar with the working timetables and spider maps elements of TfL open data. I hate to think what I would find if i did a comprehensive audit of the lot.
YET ANOTHER UPDATE (23 Oct)
The files were updated yesterday evening, creation date of files shown as not long after 5pm but possibly uploaded a bit later.
Rather oddly, the TfL:web pages giving access to the schedules do not seem to match entirely what is in the Data Bucket. For route 55, the TfL page shows MNT, Fr, Sa and Su but the Data Bucket also shows sSa. At least one other route (240) has had new files added to the TfL page correctly so it is not as if the pages have not been updated at all. Very odd for a page production process that is presumably automated.
I have tried refreshing the page so I don;t think it is a cached version.
