Bus updates: route W13/W14 maps points not updated + 597 to be removed

Route W13 and W14 had some recent changes which are not yet reflected in the unified API.

I understand and empathise with you during this time where I am aware that not everything is quite working as they should. From the available information, it doesn’t seem like this should be impacted, so would it be possible to update this or let me know what the situation is so that I can feed this back to one of my users who reported this?

I have also had several people report that route 597 needs to be removed from https://api.tfl.gov.uk/Line/Mode/bus/Route - I hope it’s alright to tag this on the same ticket as I am assuming this gets reported to the same team.

Due to our restrictions around the cyber incident, we haven’t been able to push a data build update in the last couple of weeks.

The W13 and W14 source data is up to date in Journey Planner and as soon as we’re able to do a data build, we will promote this. Unfortunately we don’t currently have a timescale on this.

In terms of the 597, this doesn’t seem to be a valid route. Do you mean the 549, which was withdrawn recently?

You are correct, it’s the 549 - for some reason I keep remembering it as 597.

Thanks - that has not dropped off for the same reason. We’ll update when we know more about the restrictions being lifted.
