We have the same issue, live times unavailable

Judging from London Vehicle Finder’s list of buses that have operated on the route today, it went down at about 0830. It may have gone down in stages (like those phone boxes in Kingston town centre) as I found another route which said 0838.

Hi all - Apologies for the late post. Unfortunately there is a major outage with the Countdown service at present. There has been a power cut affecting one of our suppliers data centre. We’ll post an update here once the issue is resolved.
