There seems to be a diversion on many stops in Dartford e.g. Market Street (L). These bus stops have been closed, however the times are still showing up as the bus is due at the stop.
Disruptions are not showing up in the API.
Yes, that’s correct. Local bus stop closures don’t show up anywhere online -it’s just the the stickers or covers on the bus stops.
Sometimes the iBus system on the buses will say “the bus won’t be stopping at the next stop”.
How can we inform users of this?
My guess is that this is somehow associated with the forthcoming diversion of westbound buses away from Market Street. In other words,a planned change rather than an unexpected local closure, Perhaps someone had jumped the gun on the source showing the diversion?
