Yes, the journey planner API returns journeys for up to a month ahead – though it’s recommended to replan nearer the day in case of unpredictable changes (roadworks, strikes, weather etc).

Alternatively you can use Plan a journey - Transport for London – the option to “change time” will let you select the date too.
