I see this alert on the website: “Buses serving Harrow Bus Station are diverted from 0930 Monday 4 to 1700 Monday 17 November due to water works on College Road. Buses will not serve Harrow Town Centre and Tyburn Lane bus stops. Please use stops at Harrow Bus Station to board or alight your bus.”
Do you have a list of the stops affected or information on which section of College road is being bypassed? Thanks!

I think you will find that changes to buses stops being served like this are unknown to the central TfL systems and are regarded as “local information” for the contacted bus service to deal with.
