Can historic bike point occupancy data be made available?

I would like a dataset which contains what the bike point occupancy was throughout the day, ideally every minute or as frequent as possible.

This data could open up some interesting machine learning use cases for predicting bike point occupancy or availability. See example

Is there data - historical or current - on the total number of bikes? I know I can get a good estimate at looking at docked bikes in the middle of the night, but… Thanks!
