We’ve been encountering an issue consuming the trackernet source data into our API today.

This appears to be a hardware failure and my colleagues in the infrastructure team are investigating.

This is also affecting some Trackernet feeds you may consume from our legacy suite.

We’ll let you know when service is restored.

All, work is still continuing to replace a network switch serving this traffic. We’re hopeful of a resolution this afternoon.

All, we have put in a workaround to restore predictions to the Unified API. However this will not restore access through the legacy TrackerNet rewrites
