LT1000 faulty tracking

For nearly 2 months, LT1000, LTZ1000 has been back in service with Transport UK out of Fulwell but its tracking lasts little more than an hour every day before dropping off despite the bus still being on the road. As such, it doesn’t show on countdown feeds or tracking apps. Please could this be flagged to the appropriate team to be fixed?
