Passenger Counts by Station, most recent date and historical data

Is it possible through the API to get passenger counts at the station / line level for previous years?

Through this call I am able to get the ‘passengerFlow’ static dataset, which I believe is from last year
StopPoint/{ids}?includeCrowdingData=true

How do I get this data for previous years? Also how can I confirm the date of the passengerFlow data?

Thank you, that’s a helpful dataset to be aware of, however I’m also looking for passenger counts for all London underground stations as well, not just rail. Is this historical data available?

From the documentation I believe the passenger flow counts from this call StopPoint/{ids}?includeCrowdingData=true , correspond to Fall 2020. Is that correct?
