I have been trying for 2 weeks to apply for a 11-15 zip card for my kid whose card will expire soon. Everytime I get the first step “Cardholder” where I am asked to confirm the details, when I click next, it loads for 2 seconds then nothing happens and it just stay on the same page. I have tried various device and browser and they are all the same. please help.
