My colleague Theo advised in March last year that we were turning off tram arrival
predictions due to issues with their accuracy
You may have noticed that in the last few weeks, we turned these back on.
This was after a long investigation with the Tram systems supplier and the Trams Operations team.
We have performed extensive testing of the predictions and their accuracy and are now satisfied that the values returned are consistent with both the platform displays and the tracking of the vehicles on the network.
