Most stops along it’s route aren’t show any arrivals for the 280.
If I check a vehicle, it shows just a few arrival times:
For example
https://api.tfl.gov.uk/Vehicle/LJ61NVL/Arrivals
Many users are reporting missing live arrivals for other routes as well, such as R1, 496, P4, 470, 155, 370 etc

There was an incident earlier this morning that meant that we were only receiving about 25% of bus predictions from the source systems.
The supplier found an issue with the web service and failed over. This was around 08:20 this morning and has been stable at the normal levels since.
