Service Alert: London Overground & TfL Rail predictions unavailable

Good morning,

We have an ongoing incident regarding the unavailability of the arrival predictions for London Overground & TfL Rail services.

It appears that the Rail Delivery Group are having issues with their feed:

It appears we are now getting predictions from Darwin again and serving them.

We’re waiting for full confirmation that the RDG has resolved the issue.

We also received their update. Prediction volumes have remained stable since 12:30.
