Tfl Survey : Can't get no Satisfaction

I got an email with a link to a Customer Satisfaction survey ast ServiceTick Survey Unavailable from TfL

And it looks like this… A Logo that almost fits on my 4k screen

and more than one box for each question. Or they’re repeated or something. Anyway there are more answers than questions.

This is Chrome,version 86.0.4240.111 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Windows 10 20H2

Hi Brian,

I imagine that the CSS isn’t loading for some reason. I imagine that logo is meant to be scaled down by the CSS.

I’ve reached out to the contact centre to ask about the styling issues on this survey.

Thanks. I know this isn’t the best place to report it, but I’m sure you don’t mind passing it on.

Of course the irony of a customer satisfaction survey not working was priceless.
