Unified API upgrade

We are planning to perform a Unified API upgrade which will address a Virtual Machine hosting issue that has caused a number of incidents over the last year or so.

We’ve scheduled this in overnight on Thursday 9 / Friday 10 February with a short period of downtime (estimated to be 5 minutes) that will cause some disruption to Unified API feeds between the hours of 01:30 and 04:30.

No live bus arrival data showing at present. Is this to do with the upgrade?

Hi @jason - this is unrelated. we’re investigating this with our colleagues who look after the Countdown system

This has now been completed successfully. We saw a few minutes of downtime on some APIs at around 02:08.
