What no tube information?!

I am having problems with the Journey Planner website. It is refusing to give me any tube information. I have gone to the Edit Preferences and the only service I have ticked is ‘tube’. The result information is ‘cycling’ !!

This is happening in my Firefox browser v.65.0.2 I cleared the cookies and cache but to no avail. However, if I use Chrome browser it is working properly. It suggests that there is a problem on the Firefox browser. Any suggestions on how to resolve it?

Other peopleon here have found that an ad-blocker extension is at the route of this problem. Try running Firefox with Ad Block Plus disabled to verify this.
