Bus predictions unavailable

Good morning all,

There is currently an incident with Countdown which is causing bus arrival predictions to be unavailable. It is also affecting dot matrix displays at bus stops.

This is currently under investigation by our colleagues’ supplier.

I’ll post any updates here.
