The subject line says it all - Wednesday 29th May and there’s no ETAs showing for any routes run by TransportUK (Abellio). I’d suggest a school holiday schedule problem but we had data yesterday…

And now no data at all - I’m getting a 502 error for the Countdown URL and over on LVF we seem to have stopped getting data from the Countdown feed about 10 mins ago.
@jamesevans Is this a problem your team are aware of?
hi @SJCooper - I was just about to post on this. There is some network work going on in the Countdown hosting that’s affecting the API and on-street signage. I’ve been told that this should recover soon. This is also affecting consumption of predictions into our API.
Many thanks,
James

In terms of the TUK issue, I’ve let my colleague know about that, but we’ll take a full look after the predictions are returned.

All looks OK now from here, including TUK. It would not have been school holiday schedules as some TUK routes, such as 350, use the same schedule as during term time…

The main network change has now completed. There may be a small blip coming up with the predictions level while the secondary hosting site is being worked on. It appears there were some alarms on the Countdown core system and the restart associated with this work has resolved that issue.
Thanks James, I can confirm the flow of data, including TUK, has resumed.
