I’m getting “failed to connect to server” messages on the Countdown feed. Only one in four attenptshave worked so far worked and that took 1m 45s to download 10mb of data.

I’m seeing many failures, data coming through slowly and many 504 errors on the countdown feed. Please can you investigate as it is causing many issues for users?
Some additional information - I can see there was an issue yesterday morning around 08:29am and it returned to normal around 09:19am and then again this morning the issue started occurring around 08:13am and it was starting to look better about 5 minutes ago, but I’m not sure if it is stabilised.
