Countdown Incident

Good morning all,

We currently have an incident with the Countdown API which also affects the levels of bus predictions in the Unified API. We’re seeing around a 75% decrease in predictions on normal levels.

This appears to be a different issue than recently seen with error handling and the supplier of the Countdown system is investigatiing.

I’ll post further updates here when I have them.

This has now been resolved and prediction levels are at normal.
