I just wanted to give an update regarding the slow performance of the Countdown API that has been occurring for the last week or so during the morning peak.
The Countdown support team has engaged with Microsoft to assist their investigations and have found a potential root cause regarding an intensive server process that may be running during these times. They are currently analysing logs to determine if the suspected cause is responsible.
We’ll keep this thread updated once we find out more, but please be assured that our colleagues are looking into this as top priority.
