Deptford station missing from "incomplete journey" form station list

Hi there,

When filling in an incomplete journey via the “Apply for refund” form (, Deptford station is missing from the selectable list of stations.

This despite other stations on the same line being selectable (e.g. Maze Hill).

Deptford Bridge is on the list, but that’s a totally different station.

Could this be fixed please?

We can’t really deal with issues with the ticketing systems on this forum as it’s not part of the open data offering.

Can you please raise the issue with customer services here:

I have mentioned it to my colleague in the payments team, but best to raise it formally so it’s tracked.


Perhaps use next-station-along Greenwich?
