We are approaching the final stage of Elizabeth line opening, where the line will operate as one, with trains running from Reading and Heathrow through to Shenfield and Abbey Wood. Also there will be 24 trains per hour at the busiest times between Paddington and Whitechapel.
The current planned date for this is Sunday 21 May 2023.
The new timetable should already be showing in National Rail timetable data from that date.
@jwithers Is it my imagination or are quite-a-few Piccadilly Lines now stopping at Turnham Green? The little triangle has gone with only a red “Services or access at these stations are
subject to variation” dagger.
It’s just I seen several YouTubers say only District Lines trains stop there any yet they seem to.
Is this because of the Liz Line now providing the express Airport service for TfL leaving time for Piccadilly line trains to stop at TG ?
