Error 500 - Page cannot be displayed

Hello All,

I am getting the above error when i click on view my oyster cards after a successful login.

Also, unable to add my oyster card to the registered account in my mobile up as its says that the card is registered to another account.

Any ideas\help please.

I would call 0343 222 1234 and ask them for help.

Hi Brian - Have already done so and they havent got a clue why… They had logged it as a support call and gave me the reference…

Did this ever get resolved? Getting same issue and guys on 0343 222 1234 don’t have a Scooby :frowning:

Apologies I didn’t see this when it was first posted.

I’m no expert in Oyster but it may be due to the fact that the card is from the 1st generation of those issued.

I’d still raise it with Customer Services, but it might explain why it’s giving issues registering the card.

I only have contactless no Oyster… Just trying to add Zip Oyster on account to get auto top up on it.

The guys in call centre don’t know what the issue is…
