Hi,
I am trying to apply for a pco license and whenever i login to my account, it gives me internal server error.
HTTP Status 500 – Internal Server Error
Tried clearing cache, cookies, different browser and even different device.
Same error. Any suggestion ?

500 errors from the TfL api usually indicate some form of rate-limiting from Cloudfront.
It’s a bit odd there are the words “login” in your error report. TfL apis use the app key parameter to send the authority details.

I believe this relates to the Taxi and Private Hire website, rather than the Unified API.
I wonder if @jamesevans might be able to help.

That site is managed by a supplier.
I’d suggest contact the Taxi & Private Hire department with the details - they should be able to escalate to them.
