For some reason https://oyster.tfl.gov.uk/ is, for me, just 302 redirecting to Oyster online - Transport for London - Contactless and Oyster which is an empty page.
I’ve tried the usual hard-clearing of cachines and it’s stuck.

It redirects for me too, but I get the normal login page. Have you tried going via contactless.tfl.gov.uk?
I think the problem was that I had just made a payment and was being re-directed back to oyster.tfl.gov.uk
Ah yes, I’ve had that problem in the past when I used to manually top up my kids zip card. It’s been there for many years.
