Is there any API for submitting tube delay refund? If not, is there any plan to provide this? Many thanks

It might be useful to have per-user feed of:

  • journeys that have missing touch-in and touch-out;
  • journeys that were known to have delays

… and then have an API for fixing these, perhaps?
