Live traffic disruptions (TIMS) unavailable

There is currently an incident related to the live traffic disruptions data being unavailable.

This has been raised as a high-priority incident and we’ll update with progress when we have more information.

This is an issue with the downstream data, so will be unavailable on both the Unified API and the legacy TIMS feed.

Our colleague who look after the TIMS system have now identified the cause of the issue and they are now working on a fix. I haven’t been given any timescales as of yet, but I’ll update you when I have more.
