Looking Advice On Integrating API with CRM Systems

I am diving into a project involving API integrations and I am seeking some advice from the community. Specifically, I am working on integrating a CRM system with various APIs to streamline data and workflows.

And for the same I have been through these articles/resources Unified API - Transport for London Salesforce Interview Questions that are quite informative. But I would love to hear more from the community members.

I am curious if anyone here has experience with integrating APIs into CRM platforms. What are some of the best practices you’ve followed? Any pitfalls to avoid or useful tips you can share? I am particularly interested in how to manage data consistency and handle authentication effectively.

I guess from your question is about Salesforce :slight_smile:

Are you looking to deploy “passive” status information or use something like the Journey Planner where the user interacts with the data.

Another example might be a multi-stop bus stop list.

Most of the issues you’re probably going to have is formatting the results from JSON to HTML and adding in your CSS.
