Route 280 missing

Alot of users are complaining that the route 280 (bus stop A) is not showing.

NAPTAN ID: 490001020N

It’s not showing in the API feed either. Can someone please look into this.

I have noticed that its working on the legacy api but not the unifed api. Can someone look into this urgently.

Hi Jason,

We’re currently looking at this data issue along with bus 134 under ticket SVC-3935.

I’ll keep you up to date with progress.

Thanks,
James Evans
TfL Online Operations

As far as route 134 goes, I notice that its mode is now ‘national-rail’, rather than ‘bus’, which may explain any anomalies

Any update on this? Users are complaining in their hundreds.

Hi Jason,

We believe we will be able to fix this tomorrow with a new dataset build. I’ll let you know if anything changes.

Hi James, was it fixed?

Jason,

Unfortunately, not - our new dataset failed testing throughout the day, but has now passed. We’re now building our API on that data ready for release. Hopefully, we will be deploying that today.

Thanks,
James

The 280 & 134 are now showing in the API correctly - please let us know if you see any further issues.

Thanks,
James
