When I search for a Journey I only get cycling options.
My preferences are set to allow all options: train, bus, tube etc
This seems to apply to all journeys.
here is an example from Victoria to Kingsland Road:
I am on a mac using Firefox.
Any ideas how I can get Journey Planner to show me the tube and bus options? Is this a known fault or am I the only one.

Hi @Beaver - this issue is caused by a bug which only occurs when our cookiebot JS is blocked by the browser - this usually occurs when in Firefox Private Browsing mode and 3rd party JS is blocked.
We have a fix for this that is currently being tested for the web. We should hopefully have this out soon.

I was using Firefox.I use a set of standard Firefox settings to block certain types of cookies, so that’s what it most likely was, as you say. I was not in Private Browsing though.
