This is typically updated late Tuesday evening. It is now late Thursday evening and the files are still dated 12th.
The Journey Planner Update document was circulated earlier today so there should be a proper update lying around somewhere.

There has been a technical issue that has prevented the Journey Planner team from uploading the files to the location you download them from.
We’re trying to resolve that issue with our colleagues and will let you know when the dataset is available.

It’s there now! Files carry Thursday’s date suggesting a compliation rather than (just) an uploading issue.
@mjcarchive - when the connectivity issue was resolved, the files were reproduced, hence the new date!
