IMPORTANT Alert for Unified API users
Some security maintenance work will be taking place on our Unified API in the early hours of this evening (Tuesday 13 February 2024) - between 1.45am-4.30am.
This planned maintenance work involves adding an additional region to our API Management tool, in order to improve robustness and security for the Unified API (and forms part of our Disaster Recovery plan). No changes are required at your end - this post is for awareness-only.
NOTE: please be aware that between 1.45am - 2.30am, you might experience some intermittent timeouts with using the Unified API/data. We will rollback immediately if there is any severe operational impact to 3rd parties.
We will be in touch again in a few weeks with more details/timelines around testing our Disaster Recovery plan.
