Where can I download timetable data?

Hi. I’m looking for Journey Planner timetables data, I only found the example feed here: Our open data - Transport for London

Another way of getting the timetable data would be via the API call which gets a timetable for a given stop on a given line. Do these timetables retrieved via the API account for planned disruptions (unlike the feed which I’m unable to find)?

The live set can be found at
http://tfl.gov.uk/journey-planner-timetables.zip
It is usually updated on a Tuesday, usually by early evening.
