Hello I have been trying for 2 days to apply for a 16+ zip card for my kid whose card will expire soon. Everytime I get the first step “Cardholder” where I am asked to confirm the details, when I click next, it loads for 2 seconds then nothing happens and it just stay on the same page. I have tried various device and browsers and they are all the same. Can you help?

I suggest you let our contact centre know of the issue so they can investigate. This can either be done by completing the Oyster contact form or calling on 0343 222 1234.
