Images from AWS as Data Source

Hi all,

I was wondering if I can use the images of TFL cameras from here (https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/jamcams.tfl.gov.uk/) to build an application. Do you have any information if that source would be open and available to the public in general, or if there is any time limit that we can access it for free?
I am just curious to see how stable would it be to use this AWS bucket as my data source.

JamClip map with archived video and stills - #2 by briantist has done something similar and I’ve got a script somewhere that makes copies into your own filespace:
