Surely these issues got to be looked at, quite frankly this is really upsetting to see how some of these issues really goes the opposite. 30 stopped serving Flanders Way and Barnabas Road and all of a sudden now no arrivals of the 384 at Barnet Hospital! The list just goes on.

I’ve done some analysis of the inconsistent NaPTAN codes you have mentioned and the team are working through getting these rectified. We’ll keep working through the missing stops too (although I can see some overlap).

I’m also trying to do a comparison between Countdown data and our Unified API data. Hopefully this will allow us to identify fully where mismatches have arisen.

As previously mentioned the mismatch between TfL stop names and those given by local authorities outside of London (e.g. Slough) will not be easily rectified.

I’ve done some analysis on these and identified where there are issues. I have asked the Journey Planner team to review these next and they will make amendments where they can. Other issues will then need to be passed to the buses teams to ensure their source data for Countdown is correct. This doesn’t include the N7, N38 & N199 as we will have to look at these at night to see what is going on.

For Briant Street (21, N21)m the NaPTAN code has been updated in the buses source data due to customer feedbackk and this should resolve those issues once the next iBus/Countdown release on 29 April. We’ll check on that after the release.

For Westcroft Square, we reported that issue to London Buses to incorporate buses stopping there into a Service Change so that it can be picked up in the data, but we have not had an update on that. We’ll chase for a response. NaPTAN code is 490002280ZZ FYI.
